Important Action Required: Dragon Professional/ Legal Anywhere Subscription Update and Server Migration
This update is mandatory as we are fully migrating to new servers hosted in Microsoft Azure datacentres.
*Dragon Medical One customers are not affected by this change.
Why is it important and what will you need to do?
As we are moving on to this new version, our old servers along with Dragon Professional/Legal Anywhere version 2024.3 will soon be discontinued. We kindly ask you to join us in this transition to continue using Dragon Professional Anywhere without interruption.
To avoid any disruption in your use of Dragon Professional Anywhere,
please complete the update by March 31st, 2026.
first STEP
Instructions: Please install the Dragon Anywhere mobile app from your app store first, then click the relevant link for your region and topic on the mobile device to configure the app. This should open the Dragon Anywhere mobile app, please follow on screen instructions to complete the configuration change.
Download the latest versions of DPA, DLA and Dragon Anywhere Mobile:
second STEP
Follow the same instructions as previous versions:
1. Right-click the zipped folder, go the Properties
2. Unblock the folder
3. Unzip the folder
4. Launch SoD.exe
THIRD STEP
Please use the forgot password link on the login screen of your Dragon application to set a new password for your account.

Our team will ensure a smooth transition by transferring all your preferences, commands, and vocabulary to the new environment, so everything is ready for you to use with the updated version.
Network Requirements DPA/DLA:
Dragon Professional Anywhere requires access to https://*.nuancehdp.com via port 443; make sure your firewall doesn’t block this port. Dragon Professional Anywhere requires access to a certificate revocation list (CRL) for authentication purposes. If your firewall blocks inbound data by default, make sure the URLs to the relevant CRLs are on your firewall allow list. To find these required URLs, follow the procedure on the DigiCert website. A full list of network requirements for all Dragon cloud solutions can be found here.
