Follow these steps to complete your migration

Download the Latest Version
Select your region and download the installer:

Install the Application
- Right-click the zipped folder, go the "Properties", unlock and unzip the folder
- Right-click the installer and select "Launch SoD.exe and run as Administrator"
- Follow the on-screen prompts
- Restart your computer when prompted

Reset Your Password
On the login screen, click "Forgot Password" to set a new password for the updated system.

Follow these steps to complete your migration

Install from App Store
Download Dragon Anywhere Mobile from your device's app store (iOS App Store or Google Play).

Configure Your Region
Tap the configuration link for your region:
If the link doesn't open the app automatically:
- Copy the configuration link
- Open Dragon Anywhere app → Login screen
- Tap the Nuance logo 5x quickly
- Tap "Update" → Paste URL → OK

Login & Reset Password
Use the forgot password link to set a new password, then log in with your credentials.

Upgrade Method 1 (Repair Install)
- Download the correct Dragon Professional Subscription installer for your region.
- Run the installer and choose Repair, then complete the installation (restart may be required).
- On the login screen, use Forgot password to create a new password and log in.
- When prompted to create a new profile, select Cancel.
- Go to Settings → Profile → Import and open: Users\Username\AppData\Local\Nuance\NS16\Users
- Select your previous profile folder & Repeat if you had additional language profiles.
- Repair & Log In
- Import Your Old Profile

Upgrade Method 2 (Change Server)
- Go to Settings → Administrative Settings.
- Update the server to the correct regional address: UK: nms-uk.nuancehdp.com EU: nms-de.nuancehdp.com AU: nms-au.nuancehdp.com
- Apply the change. Dragon will prompt you to reauthenticate (a restart may be required).
- Use Forgot password to set a new password (an email will be sent to you).
- Log in to Dragon and cancel the new-profile setup.
- Go to Settings → Profile → Import and navigate to: Users\Username\AppData\Local\Nuance\NS16\Users
- Select your previous profile folder to import it and repeat for multiple language profiles if needed.
- Update Server & Log In
- Restore Your Previous Profile

Our team will transfer all your preferences, commands, and vocabulary to the new environment. Everything will be ready for you with the updated version.
Will there be any downtime?
The migration process is seamless. Simply download the new version and log in—your data will already be there.
What if I miss the deadline?
After March 31st, 2026, the old servers will be decommissioned. Please complete the migration before this date to avoid service interruption.
