Location
Circuit Zandvoort is known as a 'Old School' circuit, having been linked to racing since the late 1930s, with fast, rolling and challenging corners formed by the natural dunes.

Covered and arranged by us for the night of November 21st-22nd. Discounted rates are available for additional nights. The hotel is advantageously located next to the race track!

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there transportation from the airport to the Circuit?
We don’t provide transportation to and from the Airport. However, the Circuit/hotel are easy to reach with public transportation. From Schiphol, take a train to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station. At Amsterdam Sloterdijk, transfer to a direct train to Zandvoort aan Zee. The total journey takes about 45-50 minutes. The Zandvoort train station is walking distance from the Circuit.
Public transport in the Netherlands is accessible for non-Dutch speakers. The main ticket options for visitors include single-use (day) tickets, or digital tickets bought through the NS app. You can also pay with contactless payment using a debit or credit card.
Is parking available?
If you want to park at the Circuit you can follow the signs for Parking A. You can use this address: Circuit Zandvoort, Burgemeester van Alphenstraat 108, 2041 KP Zandvoort. We provide the parking for you.
Can I extend my stay at the hotel beyond the free
night, and what are the rates?
You can stay at a discounted rate of €110, including breakfast and cancellation in a superior double room. We provide a booking link for this.
How do I access the hotel room that’s included?
You can simply check in at the reception using an ID. No need for a booking number. If you booked an additional night, please follow the instructions provided by the hotel.
You can check in at 15:00 on the 21st. Check-out is before 12:00 on Friday. You can store your luggage at the hotel before and after checking in.
What time does the event start and where do I check in?
The first presentation starts at 10:00. However, you are requested to come from 9:30 to the Founders Lounge (Circuit Zandvoort), where you can first grab a coffee and a snack. When you arrive, follow the signage to the building (see the maps)
Are meals during the event provided?
We provide lunch and dinner on the 21st. On the 22nd we provide breakfast. All is complimentary. Food for the day before, or after is per your own expense.
When you register you have the option to write to us your dietary preferences. If you have any dietary requirements and have not supplied this to us. Let us know as soon as possible.
Is there a secure place to store my belongings or luggage during the event?
The circuit offers a safe and secure wardrobe where you can leave your bag and coat.
What time does the evening program start?
The bus tour starts at 5:00 PM. There is a dinner planned at 6 PM.
