BDR Team Lead (Player-Coach)

We’re looking for a driven BDR who is ready to step up—someone who enjoys building pipeline, supporting others, and wants to grow into leading and shaping a team. 

Role Overview 

As a Senior BDR / Team Lead, you’ll operate as a player-coach: actively contributing to outbound efforts while supporting and guiding a small (and growing) team of BDRs. 

You may already have your first experience leading others, or be ready to take that next step. 

You’ll help drive pipeline generation across multiple markets (UK, US, DACH, FR), while also playing a key role in building and shaping the BDR team, including hiring, onboarding, and defining ways of working as the team grows. 

What You’ll Do 

Outbound & Pipeline Generation 

  • Execute outbound activities (email, LinkedIn, calling) to generate new business opportunities 
  • Identify and qualify leads, working closely with sales and partners 
  • Contribute directly to pipeline creation and early-stage deal development 

Team Support & Development 

  • Support, coach, and guide BDRs in daily outbound activities and best practices 
  • Lead by example through strong execution and consistency 
  • Help onboard new team members and support their ramp-up 

Team Growth & Hiring 

  • Support the hiring of new BDRs, including screening and interviewing candidates 
  • Contribute to building a strong team culture and ways of working 
  • Play an active role in shaping how the BDR team grows over time 

Process & Execution 

  • Help improve outbound messaging, targeting, and workflows 
  • Track activity and results in CRM (Dynamics 365) 
  • Contribute to building a structured and scalable outbound approach 

What You’ll Bring 

  • 2–5 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or business development roles 
  • Strong outbound skills (cold email, LinkedIn, calling) 
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading others (formal or informal) 
  • Comfortable combining hands-on execution with team support 
  • Interest in contributing to hiring, onboarding, and team development 
  • Ambition to grow further into a leadership role 
  • Commercial mindset and drive to achieve targets 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
