Subscription & order coordinator – French

Besides distributing the solutions, ORdigiNAL also offers related services such as cloud hosting, professional services, lead generation, lead handling, inside sales activities, pre-sales support, implementation, help desk support and troubleshooting. ORdigiNAL also develops in-house connectors to allow our software to communicate with backend applications (e.g. CRM,ERP, Financial and HRM Apps).

 

Who are we looking for:

As a subscription & order coordinator, you will be responsible for processing the orders from our customers. You can advise the customer regarding the solutions we offer. We offer hardware and software and this includes maintenance contracts which can be renewed annually. You are customer-focused and accurate, ensuring that the entire order process is completed to the company’s satisfaction. You preferably have experience with AFAS Profit. However, having experience with Microsoft Windows 10, server and Microsoft office solutions, or MFP / telephony solutions is an advantage.

You are/have…

  • A native French speaker (other languages are a plus).
  • Professional (working) level English.
  • Bachelors working and thinking level.
  • (Basic) Experience in AFAS Profit and can work with the Microsoft Office programs.
  • Good interpersonal skills with both customers and colleagues.
  • Available for 32-40 hours (part-time/full-time).
