Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and field channels. This role focuses on hands-on delivery, coordination, and operational support across social media, CRM, email campaigns, reporting, and marketing systems. The ideal candidate has early-career experience, strong execution skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Execute and manage LinkedIn social media activities, including content scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking
  • Support marketing operations using Microsoft Dynamics for CRM management, campaign tracking, and reporting
  • Build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns in multiple languages.
  • Create visual assets using Canva or similar design tools
  • Coordinate multiple campaigns and timelines using strong project management practices
  • Support demand generation and field marketing initiatives including events, lead programs, and campaign execution
  • Assist in campaign planning, execution, and optimization
  • Track KPIs, prepare reports, and deliver actionable insights through reporting and analytics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Maintain campaign documentation, workflows, and marketing assets

 

What You’ll Bring to the Table

Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing platforms
  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn social media
