Role Overview
Join our Global Business Development team as Team Lead – Business Development Representatives (BDR). If you’re a commercially driven sales leader who thrives on building teams as much as building pipeline, this is your opportunity to make real impact. You’ll play a central role in generating new business, scaling our outbound engine, expanding our partner ecosystem, and developing our solution portfolio. As a hybrid leader, you’ll combine hands-on commercial execution with team development and strategic ownership.
What You’ll Do
Leadership & Team Development
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performing BDR and account development team
- Set KPIs, performance standards, and development plans across BDR team in UK, US, DACH, and FR markets
- Implement scalable outbound, qualification, and account development frameworks for lead generation
- Drive a culture of accountability, quality execution, and continuous improvement
Revenue, Pipeline & Account Ownership
- Own top-of-funnel and early-stage enterprise pipeline strategy
- Maintain structured account development plans aligned with business targets
- Manage complex, consultative sales cycles from qualification through closure
- Lead negotiation and commercial closure with allocated strategic partners
- Translate vendor objectives into tailored, value-added solutions for partners
Partnership, Solution & Market Development
- Lead reseller, VAR, MSP, and partner acquisition strategy
- Develop value-added solutions and long-term partnerships with clients
- Identify new market opportunities and support go-to-market strategies for professional services and offerings
What You’ll Bring
1) Commercial Leadership & Experience (6–8 years)
- Proven success in B2B business development and enterprise sales environments
- Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles and strategic accounts
- Track record of delivering pipeline growth and revenue outcomes
2) Team & Execution Capability
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading sales/BDR professionals
- Ability to build structure and scalable processes with expectational communication skills.
- Strong operational discipline in CRM (dynamics 365), reporting, and performance management
3) Strategic & Market Acumen
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
- Ability to translate market needs into commercial opportunities and solutions
