This role is part of SPAIS, our speech automation division, focused on innovative solutions in voice technology and AI-driven workflows.
We work closely with software vendors and a network of partners (resellers) to bring solutions to end customers across multiple industries, including healthcare, legal, and corporate environments. Within SPAIS, this includes cutting-edge speech recognition and AI-powered productivity solutions.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Partner Success Manager to grow and support our partner network in the DACH region.
In this role, you’ll work directly with resellers (also known as VARs – Value Added Resellers, companies that sell and implement IT solutions for end customers). You’ll help them understand our solutions, support their sales efforts, and build long-term relationships.
This is a field-based role: you’ll work remotely but regularly visit partners and attend customer meetings across the region.
What You’ll Do
Partner Development & Acquisition
- Identify and onboard new reseller partners in the DACH region
- Build and develop long-term relationships with partners
- Support partners in positioning and selling our solutions
Partner Management & Enablement
- Act as the main point of contact for your partners
- Provide product information, demos, and commercial guidance
- Support partners in their sales cycles and customer conversations
Business Development
- Help drive demand and generate opportunities through partners
- Collaborate on marketing and sales initiatives
- Identify opportunities within key sectors (e.g. healthcare, legal, corporate)
Field Activity
- Visit partners and attend customer meetings regularly
- Represent ORdigiNAL in the market
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience in IT, SaaS, telecom, or a reseller/distributor environment is a plus
- Experience or exposure to sectors such as healthcare, legal, or corporate environments is a strong advantage
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own region
- Willingness to travel regularly within DACH
- Commercial mindset and motivation to grow in a partner-facing role
