Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and field channels. This role focuses on hands-on delivery, coordination, and operational support across social media, CRM, email campaigns, reporting, and marketing systems. The ideal candidate has early-career experience, strong execution skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Execute and manage LinkedIn social media activities, including content scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking
- Support marketing operations using Microsoft Dynamics for CRM management, campaign tracking, and reporting
- Build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns in multiple languages.
- Create visual assets using Canva or similar design tools
- Coordinate multiple campaigns and timelines using strong project management practices
- Support demand generation and field marketing initiatives including events, lead programs, and campaign execution
- Assist in campaign planning, execution, and optimization
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and deliver actionable insights through reporting and analytics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Maintain campaign documentation, workflows, and marketing assets

Experience & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing platforms
