Location: Almere, Flevoland / Hybrid / Remote

Hours: 32-40 hours a week

Who are we looking for?

ORdigiNAL is hiring for an exciting position as activations agent to join the activations team where you will work alongside other activations agents to deliver products to customers in a timely and precise manor, ensuring along the journey that each activation is in line with processes provided to you. This role requires a proactive person to manage cases within a ticketing system where different product activation types require different processes to follow. Having the ability to identify which processes to follow and to communicate challenges are key aspects of the role.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide support to customers by email/ portal during the activation process, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all activations through the company provided data management portal.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all activations meet company standards and compliance requirements.
  • Team Work: Work with others to ensure all activations are both timely and precise.

 

Qualifications/Competences

  • Experience: No experience is needed, demonstrating the ability to work toward a set process is desirable.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with using a Microsoft Windows-based computer, and using technologies such as Microsoft Outlook is essential.
  • Education: Proficient in English is essential, additional languages such as Dutch, German, or French is desirable but not required.
