CC4Teams Uitgebreide Release Notes 2025.4.0

We are pleased to share the pre-release notes for the latest updates to the CC4Teams Omni-Channel Client. This release includes new features and important bug fixes designed to enhance your experience (now available in all regions).

 

New Features Highlights

  • Event Step in Email Flows: Introduce event steps in your email workflows to automate and streamline processes.
  • HTTP Request Step (API) in Email Flow: Integrate API requests directly into your email flows for enhanced functionality.
  • Set Variable Step in Email Flow: Use variable steps to customize and control your email workflows more effectively.
  • Upload Attachments in WhatsApp Interactions: Easily upload and manage attachments within WhatsApp interactions.

 

Bug Fix Highlights

  • Email Predefined Answer Overwrites Signature: Resolved an issue where predefined answers in emails would overwrite the signature.
  • Blank Users in Supervisors Agent Activity Tab: Fixed a bug causing blank user entries in the supervisors’ agent activity tab.
  • Call Not Returning on the Waiting List After Declining: Addressed an issue where calls would not return to the waiting list after being declined.
