Location: Almere, Flevoland / Hybrid / Remote

Hours: 32-40 hours a week

We are seeking two skilled and dedicated Technical Consultants to join our dynamic team. 

 

What will you be doing?

The Technical Consultant will play a pivotal role in providing technical support, professional services deployment, and comprehensive training to our esteemed clientele. This role will require continuous skill development and specialization in technologies including Speech Technology, Telephony, 3D printing, and Workflow Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical support, with the ability to adapt and innovate within our evolving technological landscape.

You are/can…

  • Deliver exceptional technical support, addressing client queries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Lead in the deployment of professional services, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of our cutting-edge solutions within client environments.
  • Conduct thorough training sessions for clients, enabling them to maximize the potential of our technologies.
  • Continuously develop and specialize in Speech Technology, Telephony, 3D printing, and Workflow Solutions to provide expert consultation and support.

 

Qualifications:

You have…

  • Demonstrated experience in technical support, with a focus on troubleshooting and client-facing interactions.
  • Proficiency in technologies related to Speech Technology, Telephony, 3D printing, or Workflow Solutions is highly desired.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft certifications will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in languages such as French/Dutch would be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and drive innovative solutions.
