What will you be doing?

As a CRM Specialist at ORdigiNAL, you’ll be a key player in our customer relationship management strategies. You will own and optimize our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365), leading its management to ensure seamless lead handling and nurturing throughout the customer journey. You will also develop and execute impactful CRM campaigns, collaborating with international teams to design, implement, and analyze targeted campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion. Leveraging your marketing automation expertise, you will streamline processes, personalize communications, and enhance customer experiences. Additionally, you will drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing CRM data to uncover actionable insights, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization to inform our overall marketing strategy.

 

Who are we looking for?

You are/have/can…

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
  • Analyse CRM data to extract insights and campaign performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
