The acquisition marks a strategic step in expanding ORdigiNAL’s geographic reach, and value proposition for partners and customers in the Nordic region.

Through this transaction, ORdigiNAL gains access to InfoShare’s strong partner network, deep technical expertise, and long-standing relationships with its leading technology vendors. The combined organization will be better positioned to deliver a broader range of solutions, innovative and futureproof software and professional services, together with enhanced support to resellers, system integrators, and their end customers.
