What will you be doing?

To continue with ORdigiNAL’s global growth, we’re looking for a Regional Director US & Canada for our North American Operations. 

We are looking for a Regional Director who will be responsible for realising further growth of new and existing ORdigiNAL solutions in the United States and Canadian region. The role is based on key-responsibility of our solutions and services performance to our partnercommunity. The Regional Director will work with all divisions within ORdigiNAL and will report to our CEO. 

Our ideal candidate will have a track-record in sales and territory management and is ready to bring our ambitious entrepreneurial company to a higher level. 

 

Who are we looking for?

You are/will…

  • You are representing the solutions from ORdigiNAL 
  • You will work with our partnercommunity 
  • You will be responsible for the regions performance (P&L) 
  • You will safeguard retention and churn 
  • You will report to management on a monthly basis 
  • You will manage and (if needed) acquire and create a team based on growth 
  • You will explore and create relationships with vendors  

 

Qualifications:

  • You have a successful demonstratable track record in sales and territory management 
  • You can work as a teamplayer with all divisions (Sales, Services, Operations, Marketing) 
  • You are organized, proactive and seeking opportunity 
  • You are self-motivated and passionate about being successful. 
  • You are able to travel  
  • You have IT knowledge and understand the way channel works.
